• REGISTRATION FORM:   Registration is free. We ask that you submit the registration form as soon as possible if you are requesting funding or wish to speak. Participants who are requesting funding and are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents are asked to register as soon as possible, so that some necessary paperwork can be prepared. If you are unsure of your plans, please register now and inform us later if you can't participate. To register, submit the form Registration Form prior to the meeting.

• SCHEDULE OF TALKS   Please see the schedule of talks by clicking on the link "SCHEDULE OF TALKS". If you are a speaker and see a problem with your scheduled time, let us know immediately. Note that contributed talks are scheduled in 30 minute intervals. This allows for 25 minutes for both speaking and questions after your talk. We plan to allow for 5 minutes for switching rooms.

• TITLES AND ABSTRACTS OF TALKS

• REGISTRATION FEE:   There is no registration fee for participants.

• PARTICIPANT SUPPORT:   We are able to provide up to $250 in travel reimbursement for visitors staying at the Courtyard (direct billed), or up to $500 for visitors staying elsewhere and having hotel reimbursed. We will be able to reimburse a little more for anyone driving others to the conference and/or sharing their room. We might be able to reimburse beyond this, for example for anyone flying to the conference, but we cannot promise this.

• ACCOMMODATIONS:   We are reserving a block of rooms at the Courtyard (630 Assembly St, Columbia, SC 29201, 0.6 miles) and participants may stay there and have the expenses direct billed. Alternatively, participants may stay elsewhere and have their expenses reimbursed after the conference.
  • For other local hotels, feel free to shop around. We recommend:

    Hilton Garden Inn (1210 Pickens St, Columbia, SC 29201, 0.6 miles, same as above, not a typo)

  • Due to our tight budget, we encourage participants to reduce costs by sharing rides and accommodations. If you live fairly close to Columbia, SC, please consider arriving on Saturday morning instead of Friday. We also encourage faculty with grants to cover their own travel expenses.

• TRAVEL:   The University of South Carolina is located in Columbia, South Carolina. The mathematics department is in LeConte College, at the corner of Greene and Pickens Streets.
